Delivery Slots
During checkout, you can select from the following delivery windows:
- Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Midnight Surprise: 11:00 PM – 11:59 PM
Free Delivery
Delivery is completely free on all orders over ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of ₹79 applies.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt to contact them via phone. If they still cannot be reached, the flowers will be left with a neighbor or at the reception (for office addresses), and a note will be left for the recipient.
