If your blooms wilt before the 7 days are up, simply take a photo and send it to our support team. We will immediately arrange for a fresh replacement bouquet to be sent to you at no extra cost.

Cut about an inch off the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in water. This helps them drink more effectively.

Change the water in the vase every 2 days. Clean water prevents bacteria growth that causes wilting.
