Yes! While we offer a curated selection of pre-designed bouquets, you can always reach out to our support team before placing an order if you'd like to swap out a specific flower or color.
What is your 7-day freshness promise?
We guarantee our flowers will stay fresh and beautiful for at least 7 days from the day of delivery. If they don't, we will replace the bouquet for free. Just send us a photo!
Do you deliver at midnight?
Absolutely. We offer a special midnight delivery slot (11:00 PM ā 11:59 PM) for birthdays and anniversaries so you can be the first to surprise them.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with an Order ID (e.g. GUL1234567). You can enter this ID on our Track Order page to see its live status.
